Stables & Livery

There are 24 stables at our yard filled with friendly and welcoming horses. Part & full Livery options available including;

Twice Daily feed & haylage.

Daily mucking out.

Rubber mat and Shaving bedding.

Use of Centre's Facilities.

Turnout during summer months.

Secure livery tack room and separate tack box/locker.

Eden Outdoor Arena

This is an 80x40m equestrian arena featuring a carpet-fiber-topped sand footing, ensuring excellent traction and cushioning for horses. The arena is designed to meet regulation dimensions for dressage, marked with the standard letter placements for precision. Two judging booths are strategically positioned for optimal viewing angles. Set against a stunning mountainous backdrop, the arena offers a serene and picturesque environment, blending natural beauty with a professional sporting setup. The space is ideal for competitions, training sessions, or showcasing equestrian skills in a high-quality facility.

Indoor Arena

The 40x25m indoor arena boasts a premium carpet-fiber-topped sand surface, providing exceptional footing for a variety of equestrian activities. Equipped for both dressage and jumping, the arena includes all necessary equipment and is tailored for versatile use. A spacious viewing area allows spectators to comfortably enjoy the action. Complementing the indoor facility is an outdoor warm-up pen, offering a convenient space for preparation before training or competitions. This combination of features makes the arena an ideal setting for riders seeking a professional and accommodating environment.

Outdoor Track

The 700m outdoor horse track encircles the equestrian and livery center, featuring a well-maintained sand surface designed for optimal performance and comfort for both horse and rider. The track provides a scenic route, with breathtaking views of the Mourne Mountains, offering a tranquil and inspiring environment. Ideal for training or leisurely rides, the track seamlessly integrates functionality and natural beauty, creating a harmonious experience for equestrians and their horses.

Walker & Lunge Pen

The horse walker and lunge pen are essential facilities for equine exercise and training. The horse walker is a robust, circular mechanism designed to provide controlled exercise for multiple horses, promoting fitness and aiding rehabilitation. Adjacent to it, the lunge pen offers a secure, enclosed space for focused training or free movement, with a durable, sand with carpet fibre topping surface ensuring safety. Both facilities are thoughtfully constructed to support the physical and mental well-being of horses while enhancing their conditioning and discipline.

Equine Therapeutic Spa

The equine therapeutic spa is a state-of-the-art facility designed to promote healing, recovery, and overall well-being for horses. It features advanced hydrotherapy options, including cold saltwater treatments, which help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and support rehabilitation from injuries. Equipped with non-slip surfaces and gentle restraint systems, the spa ensures safety and comfort during sessions. Surrounded by a calm and serene environment, it provides a relaxing atmosphere that enhances the therapeutic experience, making it an ideal resource for equine health and performance care.

Horse Wash Station

The livery horse wash station is a convenient and well-equipped facility designed for horse care. It features a spacious, non-slip area with a reliable water supply and a built-in water heater, ensuring warm water is available for use anytime. The station is perfect for washing and grooming horses in comfort, regardless of the weather. Thoughtfully designed for ease and safety, it provides an excellent resource for maintaining equine hygiene and well-being.
